Santel Architects and its senior members have substantial expertise and experience in the design of cinemas and theatres ranging from boutique two cinema refurbishments to 20 multiplex cinema complexes both in Australia and as far as Mombassa, South Africa.

We work in close collaboration with cinematic experts and not only do we design the architectural building, we also provide cinematic expertise in acoustics, audio and down to the optimum lens size for the projectors and screens, providing for true experience in entertainment.

Santel prides itself in design and management of the whole design and construction process to handover, coordinating client requirements, building design, acoustics, sound, seating and the fitout of projection equipment. Successfully incorporating all of the above requires a true understanding of the requirements of the complete design and building process. Our designs provide for optimum seating capacity and screen format.
