INTERIOR DESIGN

Our interior design group works in collaboration with our architects early in the design phase and closely with our clients to establish their requirements to ensure that the internal spaces are fit for purpose.

With recent changes to the building codes, the environmental aspects of the design come to the forefront, with conservation of energy being such an important issue. Our designers strive to ensure that our design has minimum effect on the environment with detailed assessment of services in heating, cooling, ventilation, and lighting within the building. Harnessing the power of the sun and natural ventilation, our buildings are energy and cost efficient and are respectful of the energy sustainability policies embraced by our community and government.

Our expertise lies within a large spectrum including residential, cinemas, office fit-out, specific use work places, hotels, shops and shopping centres.
