Solving problems is the most basic purpose of architecture, hence architects are essentially problem solvers. This applies whether it is a single home or a high rise apartment building. To be able to solve a problem, one must first identify what it is. At Santel Architects we listen, and together with our client's collaboration we produce results.

Our senior staff members at Santel Architects have extensive expertise in multi-storey residential developments, both in Australia and abroad. We are actively involved in the Pentridge Village development at the historic Pentridge Goal site in Coburg, Victoria, in conjunction with another firm of architects, which when completed will provide accommodation for around 4,000 people.

Other projects include 17 storey hotel building in Milsons Point, NSW and 7 storey apartment building in the exclusive area of Port Melbourne, Victoria. Our architects are respectful and sensitive to the environment and always ensure a balanced design incorporating environmental sustainability principles.
